Man killed and 6 more civilians injured by Russian S-300 missile strike on Selydove (Donetsk Oblast)

A man has been killed and six other people injured by a Russian S-300 missile in the town of Selydove (Donetsk Oblast) on the evening of 30 December. Source: Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office Details: The town of Selydove came under Russian fire for the second time in 24 hours on 30 December 2023.

The Russians reportedly used an S-300 missile against civilians at 21:00.

A man, 63, who was near the explosion's epicentre, was killed by a munition hitting one of the streets. Additionally, six residents of an apartment building sustained injuries of varying severity. The injured, aged 43 to 83, received emergency medical care.

They were diagnosed with multiple shrapnel injuries, mine-blast traumas and abrasions.

Six multi-storey buildings were also damaged.
