Explosions heard in Crimea for the second time in one day
Explosions rang out in the temporarily occupied town of Saky in Crimea on 4 January and the Russians have reported an "attack". Ovdienko wrote about the "attack" on the Saky-Yevpatoriia coast. In addition, locals spoke on Telegram about the Black Sea Fleet's attempts to "repulse the attack" near Sevastopol.

Background:
- On 4 January, explosions were reported in Yevpatoriia and Sevastopol, two cities in temporarily occupied Crimea.
Russia's Defence Ministry is claiming that 10 missiles were destroyed over the peninsula.
- The Strategic Communications Directorate of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that at around 15:00 on 4 January, the Defence Forces hit a command post of the Russian occupation forces near Sevastopol.
