Russians bombard Sumy Oblast, use 13 air-dropped mines on one hromada

The Russians carried out 25 attacks on the border settlements of Sumy Oblast during the past day, injuring a civilian. In addition, 13 air-dropped mines were released on one hromada  [an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories - ed.].  Source: Sumy Oblast Military Administration on Telegram 

Details: The officials noted that a total of 184 strikes were recorded in the region. Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Hlukhiv, Seredyna Buda, and Svesa hromadas were targeted.

A total of 45 strikes were recorded in Velyka Pysarivka hromada, including a grenade attack and artillery shelling. One civilian was injured.

The Russians targeted Myropillia hromada with mortars (26 strikes). In Khotin hromada, mortar attacks were recorded (4 strikes). There was a mortar attack on Hlukhiv hromada, with one strike recorded. 

In Bilopillia hromada, Russians opened fire from self-propelled guns (11 strikes), multiple-launch missile systems (20 strikes), mortars (14 strikes) and grenade launchers (34 strikes).   In Svesa hromada, there was a mortar attack, with four strikes recorded in total. In Kransopillia hromada, 13 air-dropped mines were released over the area. 

A mortar attack was carried out on Yunakivka hromada (13 strikes).

In Seredyna Buda hromada, mortar attacks were recorded (2 strikes).
