An air-raid warning has been issued in the city of Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea for the third time today. Source: Mikhail Razvozhayev, Russian-appointed governor of Sevastopol Details: The air-raid warning was issued in the city at around 14:00 and the all-clear was given 10 minutes later.
