Previously, these positions were occupied by the Russians. The video of the failed assault by the invaders was posted on the official page of the Azov Brigade on YouTube. The published video shows an attempt by the Russians to demine the area where they were supposed to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders.

To organize the assault, the enemy allocated one tank and an infantry unit, which were thrown into the trenches. Thanks to the timely detection of the enemy by aerial reconnaissance, the Russian offensive did not come as a surprise.

The enemy was detected during demining operations, which involved specialized equipment. The operational actions of the Azov Brigade units allowed them to start shelling the enemy with artillery and FPV drones. Soon after the assault began, the Russian invaders lost their tank because of their poor organization and intelligence.

The remnants of the infantry unit started to seek cover from artillery and drone fire After short-lived shelling and losses of personnel, the enemy abandoned their positions and began a disorganized flight.

As Militarnyi previously reported, soldiers of the 1st Battalion of the Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine demonstrated the assault on the Russian invaders' positions in the forests of Kreminna.

The video captures soldiers from one of the groups disembarking from an armored vehicle to storm Russian positions in the forests of Kreminna. To ensure a successful assault, the unit's drones adjusted mortar fire on enemy trenches and dugouts. The Azov Brigade soldiers, divided into three tactical groups, were preparing for the assault.

The third tactical group was the first to engage, and it opened fire on the enemy.

A drone was used to better understand the circumstances directly at the enemy's positions.
