The Telegram channel of the Operational Command West reported this. Russians attempted to storm Ukrainian positions west of Verbove and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. They engaged about 30 armored vehicles and a large number of personnel in the offensive.

Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the Zaporizhzhia sector. In addition, the video published by the Operational Command West captures the destruction of the Russian invaders' equipment, including T-55 tanks, BTR-82A armored personnel carriers, and a rather rare variant of the MT-LB 6MB, equipped with a 6MB turret, borrowed from the BTR-80?.

The turret is armed with a 30mm 2?72 autocannon and a 7.62mm PKTM machine gun. Such a system significantly increased the firepower of the vehicle. A gunner's position equipped with controls and combined sights is located inside the combat compartment below the roof of the hull.

It should be noted that the enemy suffered heavy losses due to the prompt actions of the defense and aerial reconnaissance units.

The Ukrainian defenders destroyed about 18 units of equipment, including three tanks, using FPV drones. In addition, the invaders lost about 70 servicemen, and 80 were wounded of varying degrees of severity.

Militarnyi previously reported that soldiers of the 128th Brigade repelled an attack by Russian troops and captured 11 invaders in the Zaporizhzhia sector.

Ukrainian troops successfully halted the invaders' attack on the approach to Ukrainian positions, damaging the advancing Russian armored vehicles with artillery fire.

After that, the disoriented enemy infantry sought refuge in shelters.
