The press service of the 38th Marine Brigade published the video of the destruction. The 140th Reconnaissance Battalion was involved in the launcher's destruction, along with the 38th Marine Brigade. The unit's aerial reconnaissance managed to spot the mobile launcher, which was mounted on a KAMAZ 4310 truck, in time.
In total, the truck was carrying three Lancet-type loitering munitions. After launching one of them, the truck started moving toward the shelter.
Despite the vehicle's camouflage under the trees, the marines managed to successfully destroy the invaders' launcher.

It should be noted that the launcher was destroyed 20 kilometers away from the front line.
Previously, the invaders have started to use Lancet mock-ups at positions from which they really launch loitering munitions. The positions are arranged in such a way that the enemy can actually launch loitering munitions from them.

This may be due to Ukrainian attacks on the facilities of the Russian military industry.
In addition, it may be related to the attack on the Zagorsk Optical and Mechanical Plant (ZOMZ), which produced optical devices for the Russian military.
