The transferred equipment is used to inspect the sites of events and objects that have been destroyed by missile strikes, artillery shelling and bombing. The transferred technical aid will be sent primarily to the frontline regions, which are under enemy fire every day. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, the United States has provided investigative units of the National Police with aid for £17 million.

"The United States once again provides us with a large package of aid that will go to Forces of the National Police of Ukraine and units of the State Border Guard Service. You make a huge contribution to the development and functioning of our units," said Ihor Klymenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Bridget Brink, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Ukraine, stressed that the new aid package would accelerate the punishment of Russia for war crimes.

"We provide this aid so that your units can safely collect evidence and prove to the world the terrible crimes committed by the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine.

My country appreciates your values and on behalf of the President of the United States, I reaffirm our comprehensive support," Bridget Brink said.
