Fedorov also said that the state delivered 50 times more drones in December 2023 than in all of 2022. Militarnyi recently reported that a recent Ukrainian startup produces hundreds of UAV a day. Quadcopters are manufactured within the "Army of Drones" project that provides for their purchase, repair, as well as training courses for relevant specialists.

Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, told such details after he was shown a classified enterprise for the production of military drones. Photos released from the facility show workers making up hundreds of Shrike FPV drones. Last year, Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation, said that Shrike cost only a few hundred dollars, but the results of its work are impressive.

"Shrikes are fast and easy to use, hitting exactly the target, hitting positions and equipment of invaders. So each of them will help fighters turn even more equipment of invaders into scrap metal," said Mykhailo Fedorov. It was also reported that in Ukraine had been announced the launch of mass production of Lancet-type loitering munitions.

The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine said that the Ukrainian strike drone is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 40 kilometers.

It took the defense industry of Ukraine half a year to develop the market in this direction.
