Details: The National Resistance Center added that those doctors officially arrive there during their time off. Quote: "Russia does not allow international organisations to enter the temporary occupied territories because it is not interested in solving humanitarian problems.  Instead, the importation of doctors from Russia to service hospitals under the guise of a 'humanitarian mission' makes the touring groups legitimate targets for the Resistance Movement."

Background:

  • It was reported earlier that the Russians sent doctors from St Petersburg to the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol to treat their personnel.
