The tanks belonged to the 6th Regiment of the 90th Tank Division of the Russian Army. Later, Ukrainian paratroopers showed footage of them destroying one of the Russian convoys in the Avdiivka sector.

During this battle, four tanks and two infantry fighting vehicles of invaders were destroyed. The enemy armored vehicles were attacked with various weapons, and Ukrainian drones were constantly flying over the battlefield, helping Ukrainian defenders to adjust their actions and destroy Russian invaders.

In total, Russians lost 12 tanks and 8 infantry fighting vehicles during this assault on Ukrainian positions near the village of Tonenke near Avdiivka.
