Rostec Corporation reported about this on its official website. The new planes were delivered as part of the state defense order, which has been fulfilled by the United Aircraft Corporation since 2019. Production is currently underway at the JSC Novosibirsk Aircraft Production Association Plant named after V.P.
Chkalov of the United Aircraft Corporation.

Prior to delivery, the fighter-bombers undergo a full cycle of factory tests to confirm flight performance and system reliability.
According to UAC CEO Yuriy Slyusar, the plant is currently striving to increase production, as all UAC plants involved in the state defense order are not slowing down production. The Su-34 is actively used in the war against Ukraine as a carrier of a large range of missile and bomb weapons.

Because of this activity, Su-34s suffer the most losses among other Russian aircraft.
To date, it is known that invaders have already lost or damaged more than 24 aircraft of this type in Ukraine.
As Militarnyi previously reported, in December 2023, the Ukrainian Air Force shot down three Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers in the southern direction.
