Satellite images of destroyed S-400 SAM elements in Crimea have appeared

The photos were published by the Schemes project. Planet Labs satellite images show the remains of four S-400 launchers. In addition, the OSINT community has spotted a vehicle that looks like a 92N6E radar from the S-400 system.

There are also traces of a fire near the ammunition depot at the Russian-held airfield.

As previously reported, on the night of April 17, a military airfield of the 39th Helicopter Regiment of the 4th Guards Army of the Air Force and Air Defense near the city of Dzhankoi in temporarily occupied Crimea was attacked. The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported that as a result of the fire damage, Russians had lost four S-400 launchers, three radars, an air defense command post, and Fundament-M airspace surveillance equipment.

The Telegram channel Dosye Shpiona reported that there had been two strikes, one on Dzhankoi and the second strike had targeted a military equipment reception and repair center of the 77th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade in Korenovsk, Krasnodar Krai.

At the time of the strike, two S-300 launchers were being serviced at the site. The strike also resulted in the secondary detonation of an unknown ammunition at the site.

Preliminarily, 15 Russian servicemen were wounded, and another 22 are missing. There is no information about damage to helicopters. The means of destruction has not been officially disclosed, but the @war_home Telegram channel, which often publishes photos of the Russian missile wreckage, released photos of the missile fragment and suggested that it is the tail part of ATACMS.
