Air-raid warning issued in 9 oblasts and explosion rocks Kharkiv, injuring 1 person

The Ukrainian authorities have issued an air-raid warning in the north, east and centre of the country, and the mayor of Kharkiv has reported that an explosion has been heard in the city. Quote from Terekhov: "The morning in Kharkiv has begun with the sound of an explosion." Details: A few minutes later, the mayor added that the Russians had attacked the city's transport infrastructure. 

"As for the morning strike, the target was a transport infrastructure facility. Preliminary reports indicate that one person has been injured," Terekhov said. When an air-raid warning is issued, people need to go to shelters. 

Update: The all-clear was given for the majority of the oblasts at 07:24.

At the moment, the threat persists in Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts.
