Russian drones hit a police officer's car as he was evacuating people from Vovchansk hromada on 21 May. The officer suffered a contusion. Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine reported that the Russian invaders damaged three high-rise apartment buildings, a kindergarten, a school, administrative buildings, and a cafe.
