Denmark to allocate over $21 million to Ukraine and Moldova to accelerate their EU accession

The Danish government has decided to allocate DKK 150 million (over US£21 million) to support Ukraine and Moldova on their path to the EU. Source: European Pravda, citing Danish Foreign Ministry These funds are planned to be allocated by 2030 and will be directed to provide specific assistance to the two countries in creating administrative structures and legislation necessary for EU membership.

In the long term, support will also extend to candidate countries from the Western Balkans.
