During the acquisition, UAH 187 million were saved [approx. US£4.6 million]," said Deputy Defence Minister Dmytro Klimenkov. The Ministry of Defence stated that while procuring drones, the Agency used a unique framework agreement within the Prozorro system.
This allows them to protect important bidder information while yet allowing suppliers to qualify and participate at any time. On average, four participants competed for the procurement of DJI Mavic 3E and 3T drones.
