The volunteers purchased a batch of laser rangefinders for the snipers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. This took place as part of a joint fundraising by the Come Back Alive Foundation and the IT company N-iX.

50 modern rangefinders will help quickly determine the exact distance to the target before shooting. "Thanks to your support of the joint fundraising effort of the Come Back Alive initiative and the IT company N-iX, we managed to accumulate UAH 11,171,486!

More than UAH 6.5 million of them were raised during the charity stream "IT is DONATION NATION" on Zhenya Yanovych's 20:23 show," the Come Back Alive Foundation team said. The funds were used to purchase laser rangefinders that can operate in all weather conditions, both day and night.

The rangefinders are suitable for long- and ultra-long-range snipers and will help them hit targets with greater accuracy. They will reinforce 50 sniper pairs within the Pure Anger project. Thanks to this equipment, Ukrainian soldiers will be able to control a larger section of the frontline, covering their comrades and stopping the enemy on the approach to the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Pure Anger project

Last fall, the Come Back Alive Foundation launched the Pure Anger project, within the framework of which it plans to train and equip 25 long-range sniper groups.

The initiative to raise UAH 220 million started on November 23, 2023 and ended on April 25, 2024.

More than fifty businesses joined the fundraising. In particular, Ukrnafta donated UAH 51 million to purchase all the necessary pickup trucks for the project.

In addition, 47 influencers and bloggers supported the Pure Anger project, raising a total of UAH 23 million. The Foundation's sniping instructors considered almost 10 years of experience in the Russian-Ukrainian war and, specifically for the project, developed a set of equipment, including long-range ammunition and a rifle. Sniper rifles in service with the Defense Forces of Ukraine can effectively hit up to 1,200 meters.

The system offered by the Foundation can reach over 2,000 meters.
