Unmanned attack boats attacked targets in Russia near Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, at night. ASTRA's Telegram channel published a video of explosions. The streets near the waterfront were blocked, and the alarm was raised in the city.

The authorities of the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation did not report the attack. The Russian Defense Ministry announces an attack using drones and unmanned boats on targets in Russia.

The Russian ministry reports that, among other things, two unmanned boats heading toward Novorossiysk were allegedly destroyed in the Black Sea. The Russian Defense Ministry blames Kyiv for the attack. Ukraine has not yet commented on this information.

Novorossiysk is Russia's main port on the Black Sea and a naval base at the same time. After Ukrainian drones and missiles attacked bases in Crimea, a part of the Russian Black Sea Fleet was transferred there. At the end of June, it became known that the Russian naval base Novorossiysk currently has the least activity of surface ships over the entire observation period.

Small missile ships, as well as some landing ships, were moved to the Sea of Azov to disguise them from Ukrainian naval drones.

There are no large ships at the naval base, although until recently, two Admiral Grigorovich-class frigates, three Buyan-M corvettes, and four Kilo-class submarines and Paltus-class submarines were permanently stationed there.
