Poroshenko Foundation and Sprava Hromad Donate Equipment to Ukrainian Military

2 July, 2024 The equipment was donated by the Poroshenko Foundation and Sprava hromad for the Ukrainian military, July 2024 The Poroshenko Foundation and the Sprava Hromad NGO have jointly delivered tactical and special equipment to the Ukrainian military. MP Petro Poroshenko announced this.

Charitable foundations jointly purchased vehicles and special equipment for the Ukrainian Defense Forces worth about UAH 26 million. It regards 10 laundry and bathing facilities, 2 Foden six-wheel tractors capable of transporting bulky cargo weighing up to 20 tons, and 3 TDC excavators. In addition, the military will also receive 27 ATVs to help evacuate the wounded from the battlefield and increase the mobility of combat teams.

Poroshenko says that the abovementioned equipment will be transferred to the units of the Defense Forces performing tasks in the Kharkiv, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia sectors.

Over the past month, the Poroshenko Foundation, together with the NGO Sprava Hromad, has financed several batches of technical assistance to the military. In particular, the Poroshenko Foundation purchased 36 Ukrainian-made excavators manufactured by the TDC company for Ukrainian engineering units engaged in the construction of fortifications.

"We have already taken all the orders until the end of the year. Ukrainian parts and fully Ukrainian assembly - the quality is exemplary," Petro Poroshenko said. The funds paid for 2,000 small "pocket-sized" Tsukorok UAV detectors for infantry units in the area where FPV drones are actively used.

In total, the purchase of 48 Shatro 50-1M systems was funded, which will provide the military with reliable protection by creating obstacles for Russian FPV drones.
