Railway personnel claim they had already attempted to rebuild them following prior attacks, including installing new windows and performing cosmetic repairs; nonetheless, the degree of destruction this time is greater.

"Fortunately, casualties or injuries among railway workers were avoided, but this is not always the case," they said.
