Soldiers in the Zaporizhzhia sector received 40 pickup trucks from volunteers
9 July, 2024 Pickup trucks for the Ukrainian military in the Zaporizhzhia sector from the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and Ukrnafta. July 2024 The Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, together with the Ukrnafta oil company, transferred 40 pickup trucks to the military in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
The Foundation reported on this on social media. To purchase this batch of Mitsubishi L200 SUVs, Ukrnafta oil company contributed UAH 37,266,480. The vehicles will provide Ukrainian defenders with mobility, maneuverability, and will help in logistics and saving lives.

The new pickup trucks were equipped in accordance with the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. In the spring, Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation transferred equipment to the State Special Transport Service for demining in the Kharkiv region.

These are metal detectors, a mechanical demining vehicle, two pickup trucks, and other necessary engineering equipment to be used during demining. The total amount of assistance amounted to about UAH 13 million. In particular, the equipment was purchased with funds raised during the final of the national selection of the Eurovision Song Contest with the participation of Public Television, Ukrainian blogger Mykhailo Hrabar "OLDboi" and comedian and blogger Mark Kutsevalov.
Two pickup trucks, individual sapper kits, protective suits, blasting machines, 2,000 meters of blasting cable, and many other pieces of demining equipment were also delivered to the State Transport Special Service.

Photo credits: State Transport Special ServiceSerhiy Prytula noted that among the entire list of transferred equipment, a prominent place is occupied by a domestic mechanical demining vehicle based on the KhTZ T-150 crawler tractor with a mine trawl.
The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration emphasized that the main advantage of the Ukrainian-made demining vehicle over foreign counterparts is its simplicity of design, which makes it possible to carry out prompt repairs in case of explosive detonation.
The price of one vehicle is UAH 5.6 million.
Currently, the Kharkiv region is one of the most mined regions of Ukraine as a result of Russia's full-scale invasion.
