The Hetman Ivan Mazepa (F-211) corvette, currently under construction for the Ukrainian Navy in Turkey, is undergoing sea acceptance tests. The video was published by the Ukrainian Navy on Friday, July 5. The footage shows the corvette-class multi-purpose ship departing from the shore and heading out to sea.
During these tests, the ship's crew and shipbuilding company, together with contractors, check the operation of all the corvette's systems. In particular, how the equipment operates in different modes and loads. It is known that the final acceptance of the ship is carried out during state trials after all components, weapons and technical means, equipment and the ship as a whole have been tested and worked out during factory trials.
This may take a long time.
