A man, 62, has been taken to hospital. He suffered a blast injury, brain damage, shrapnel wounds to his head and a cerebral coma. Another resident, aged 75, sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his shin.
Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder.
