Russians hit apartment building and gas pipeline in Kramatorsk
A Russian strike destroyed a residential building in the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on 17 August, and a person was being rescued from under the rubble. The debris damaged a gas pipeline. Kramatorsk City Council clarified that the attack on Kramatorsk left 310 customers without gas (178 apartments and 132 private households).
