KAMAN Corporation will manufacture new components for the HAWK anti-aircraft missile system, which will then be shipped to Ukraine. The U.S. Department of Defense reported that Kaman Corporation had received a £14 million contract to repair the missiles.
The work will be performed at the corporation's facility in Middletown, Connecticut. Insider journalist Colby Badhwar said that the agreement covered the supply of 500 missile components. "This is in support of the refurbishment of HAWK missiles in the Department of Defense inventory, for provision to Ukraine," said Colby Badhwar.
