New Polish ambassador arrives in Ukraine despite President Duda's veto

Since the appointment of the ambassador requires the consent of Polish President Andrzej Duda, Lukasiewicz went as charge d'affaires.
Meanwhile, Jaroslaw Guzy, who was appointed under the previous Polish government, is officially still the ambassador to Ukraine, although he has in fact been recalled to his homeland.
