Power outages occurred in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts of Ukraine on 23 September due to Russian attacks and combat action. An overhead power line was powered down as a result of the attacks. The supply of power to households was not interrupted. Overhead power lines and substation equipment were deactivated during an air-raid in Sumy Oblast.

Background: The debris of Russian attack drones damaged the energy infrastructure in Poltava Oblast, which caused power outages in 20 settlements.

Houses were damaged as well.
