The official account of German aid to Ukraine reported about this on X (ex-Twitter). Thus, the supply of Marder 1A3 infantry fighting vehicles, Leopard 2 main battle tanks, and PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers has been completed. Further deliveries will take place within the framework of signed contracts with the German defense industry, which will supply Ukraine with new heavy armored vehicles and artillery systems.

According to the statement's author, Germany has provided Ukraine with a significant amount of aid from its stockpile, including a Patriot air defense system, additional launchers, and a radar station. In addition, Germany transferred 18 Leopard 2A6 tanks, 20 Marder 1A3 infantry fighting vehicles, 50 ATF Dingo 2 armored vehicles, 22 PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers, and other weapons from its stockpiles.
It should be noted that weapons were transferred from the ground forces after Germany reformed its armed forces and reduced the number of heavy armored vehicles between 2005 and 2018. Nevertheless, as part of its military assistance to Ukraine, the German government has signed a significant number of contracts with local defense companies that will supply Ukraine with equipment until 2028.

In addition, Germany has financed the purchase of 14 Zuzana 2 self-propelled artillery systems from Slovakia, which will be transferred to Ukraine. The transferred weapons will also include 2 TRML-4D radars, 80 Leopard 1A5 main battle tanks, 378 FFG MRAPs, 9 Bergepanzer 2 ARVs, 2 Biber AVLB bridge-laying tanks, 3 Pionierpanzer 2A1 Dachs AEVs, and 5 Oshkosh M1070 tank transporters. It should be noted that despite significant orders of weapons and equipment, their delivery should be completed by 2027-2028, potentially providing Ukraine with additional weapons after that period.
Militarnyi previously reported that the German government had increased military aid to Ukraine by about EUR400 million.
