IMF estimates Ukraine's electricity deficit will remain at 3-4 GW in winter

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimates that Ukraine will face a 3-4 GW electricity shortage in winter. The review added that the Ukrainian authorities have an ambitious goal of building additional power facilities so as to be able to produce an extra 1 GW of electricity and increasing the amount of imports from the European Union to 3 GW.
