The 2nd Mechanized Battalion "K-2" of the 54th Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa released the video. The video shows that the Soviet-era cars are not ordinary, but "tuned": the roof of the car has been cut off, the doors removed, and an anti-drone "grill" with a camouflage net welded in place of the roof. The Russian "assault" vehicle was spotted by a reconnaissance drone, and FPV drones were sent to intercept it, at which Russian infantry opened fire.

The driver of the car was driving along the tracks of heavy armored vehicles, so he was able to avoid being blown up by mines. A bomber drone pursued the Russians along the entire route.

Russian stormtroopers rushed out of the vehicle near the MT-LB tracked tractor that had been hit earlier, and one of the stormtroopers was immediately killed in fire contact with Ukrainian defenders.

The Zhiguli car turned around and drove back, but later hit a mine. Later, another vehicle broke through to the MT-LB under heavy fire, and infantry and the driver rushed out.

Two groups of infantry gathered near the hit truck when a grenade from a rocket-propelled grenade launcher hit the Zhiguli car. The Russian soldiers scattered in the area, but of course they could not escape the Ukrainian drones.

Combat missions of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion "K-2"

Militarnyi previously reported that soldiers of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion "K-2" of the 54th Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa captured a Russian export-intended T-90S tank.

The most noticeable difference between the T-90S and the T-90A is the trapezoidal "Indian" ERA, which is installed instead of the useless Shtora searchlight.

The captured T-90S is equipped with an anti-drone "grill", electronic countermeasure means, television surveillance cameras, and a homemade trawl.
