Details: Filashkin noted that from Monday, 7 October, a reinforced curfew was introduced in the city, lasting from 15:00 to 11:00 of the next day.

He emphasised that such a measure was implemented with the sole purpose of "saving lives".

Filashkin added that the Russians are daily bombarding Kostiantynivka with guided aerial bombs and ballistic missiles, causing casualties and injuries to a great number of people.
