According to Rustem Umierov, no allies voiced their opposition during the discussion of admitting Ukraine to NATO. He also stated that six F-16 fighter jets given by Norway would arrive in Ukraine "shortly" following a meeting with his Norwegian counterpart as part of the NATO-Ukraine Council. During a discussion with the German Chancellor in Berlin, US President Joe Biden stressed that Russia's victory in the war will cost the West more than simply supporting Ukraine.
