Background: Earlier, Andrii Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council and Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of Bryansk Oblast, reported that there had been explosions and a fire had broken out at the arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defence in the city of Karachev, Bryansk Oblast, as a result of the attack.
