This was reported by the official website of Rostec. According to the company, the aircraft have passed a full cycle of tests, confirming their compliance with the declared characteristics and demonstrating the appropriate reliability and performance of the systems. They have now flown to their home airfields.

The number of transferred aircraft has not been reported, but the published video of the transfer showed the takeoff of only one Su-57 fighter jet. It is possible that the news of the transfer could have been created for propaganda purposes. The press release also reported the transfer of Su-35S fighters, which were not included in the UAC video, so the exact number of the aircraft transferred is currently unknown. Su-57 and Su-35S aircraft are manufactured at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft plant, which is currently expanding its production capacity and increasing the volume of aircraft production.

The company is also implementing a plan to hire up to 800 new workers to assemble combat aircraft by the end of 2024. Taking into account this transfer, the Russian Aerospace Forces received five batches of this type of aircraft in 2024, which, according to Western military experts, completely replaced the lost aircraft. Along with the expansion of production, in 2023 UAC received new orders for the production of fighters and bombers for the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The order for the production of tactical aircraft is related to the creation of two new interspecies strategic territorial associations of the Armed Forces in Russia in 2023: Moscow and Leningrad Military Districts. Earlier, Militarnyi reported that in September 2024 the UAC had handed over three Su-57 fighters to the Russian Aerospace Forces. In addition, in its press release, the company noted the transfer of Su-35S fighters, which were not included in the company's official video, so the number of the transferred aircraft of this type as part of the September batch is unknown.

It is important to note that the Su-57 fighters are carriers of Kh-69 cruise missiles, which the occupiers have recently begun to use more actively against Ukraine to hit various ground targets.
