Armed Forces of Ukraine Receive Peklo Long-Range Missile-Drones

Ukrinform news agency reported on this. The Ukrainian military concern Ukroboronprom has presented a new Peklo long-range munition, which is classified by the developers as a missile-drone. Its maximum flight range is over 700 kilometers, and its jet engine can reach 700 km/h.
Other specifications of the new development are not disclosed due to security restrictions. However, the participants of the event reported that its effectiveness is not inferior to certain types of Russian cruise missiles at a much lower cost.

"The Ukrainian manufacturer created the drone-missile from scratch in record time - within a year. The product has already been successfully used in combat," he said.

Smetanin added that the Peklo is already being mass-produced and continues to be improved.
Work is constantly underway to increase the level of protection of the product from the effects of EW, improve performance and accuracy of the destruction.
In addition, new types of warheads are being developed for Peklo to expand the list of possible targets.
