Germany to Purchase Additional Launchers and Missiles for Patriot PAC-3
The Budget Committee of the German Bundestag has approved the purchase of 248 anti-aircraft missiles and launchers for Patriot PAC-3 air defense systems. This was reported by Hartpunkt. The total purchase price is EUR1.63 billion.
It is divided into two stages: the first involves the purchase of 120 missiles, and the second one--128 missiles and 16 launchers. It is noted that the second part of the purchase is aimed at compensating for the weapons transferred by the Bundeswehr to Ukraine.
