Volodymyr Dehtiariov, a representative of the National Guard`s Khartiia Brigade public relations service, reported this on the air of We-Ukraine. The Russian prisoners also confirm that they have not seen the North Korean military. "It's hard to say for sure, but in the area of responsibility of our brigade, we do not spot or hear about anyone except the units and means of the Russian Federation.

According to intercepts and communication with prisoners, we do not observe North Korean equipment," Dehtiariov said.

Dehtiariov discussed the operational situation in the Kharkiv sector: "We are standing to the north of Kharkiv, between the border and Liptsy, and we are trying to push the enemy towards the border.

Every week, every month, we manage to push them a little further."

He also shared the enemy's tactics in the face of deteriorating weather conditions. "The enemy is trying to take advantage of the fog and bad weather conditions to move.

But this does not hinder either our artillery or the pilots of FPV drones or heavy bombers, who effectively stop these attempts," the National Guard representative added.

According to him, Russian troops are actively strengthening their positions in the Kharkiv region, using mainly human resources rather than engineering equipment. However, winter makes building fortifications much more difficult for both sides.

"We see entire labyrinths, multi-storeyed holes dug in the complex terrain of the forest belts. Their performance discipline is fantastic - they are often more afraid of their commanders than the enemy. Winter is a difficult period for any side of the frontline.

The leaves fall, and the shelters have to be disguised more carefully because the transparency of the battlefield works both ways.

We can see the enemy better, but they can see us better," Dehtiariov noted.

The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine recently reported that the first military units from the DPRK arrived in the combat zone of the Russian-Ukrainian war on October 23, "their appearance was recorded in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation."
