The National Association of the Defense Industry of Ukraine (NAUDI) reported that KPI will introduce a dual form of education. It should allow university students to gain practical experience directly at NAUDI member companies. NAUDI Executive Director Serhii Honcharov and KPI Rector Anatoliy Melnychenko signed the document.
Dual education is an approach that allows combining theoretical studies at the university with practical training at real production facilities.

This form helps students acquire practical skills, and for enterprises, it guarantees that existing positions will be filled with qualified personnel. This is especially true for the Ukrainian defense industry, which is currently working at maximum capacity to win the war.
"Without qualified personnel, even the best technologies will not bring results. Thanks to dual education, we will not only maintain but also significantly increase the production of equipment and weapons," NAUDI representatives stated. Ukraine's defense industry seeks to integrate students' theoretical knowledge into the real production process, making the transition from study to work as simple and quick as possible.
