The Rakushka-M armored personnel carrier is the only armored vehicle created in modern Russia that has developed the technology of airborne assault with a crew on board. In 2023, a trophy "Rakushka" was restored for the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Thus, these Russian armored vehicles also entered service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine in limited quantities.

At the same time, the Russian military is losing such equipment quite quickly.
Recently, in the area of Chasovyi Yar, while repelling an enemy assault, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 8 Russian armored personnel carriers.
