Russian drones attack Kyiv overnight: wreckage falls in capital's Desnianskyi district

Russian forces launched yet another aerial attack on Kyiv on the night of 19-20 December. Ukrainian air defence units have downed all Russian drones targeting the city. Wreckage is reported to have fallen on the territory of non-residential buildings in Kyiv's Desnianskyi district.

No casualties have been reported. Source: Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) on Telegram Details: KCMA noted that Russian drones had attacked Kyiv in several waves.

An air-raid warning was issued in Kyiv twice during the night. Serhii Popko, Head of KCMA, reported that all drones posing a threat to Kyiv had been detected and destroyed by air defence units on the outskirts of the city and on its territory.
