Guerrillas entered a military unit and set fire to several fuel trucks in Novosibirsk, Western Siberia. A video of the Russian guerrillas' actions was posted on the Legion Resistance Telegram channel. "The range of the Legion's combat wing is 3,500 kilometers.
The cost is invaluable," the message reads. The guerrillas from Legion Resistance belong to the Legion of Freedom of Russia unit, which is made up of Russians who chose to fight for Ukraine. The Legion Resistance movement began its operations in 2023. Russian guerrillas are targeting railway and military infrastructure.

In 2023, it was reported that guerrillas from the resistance movement conducted more than 500 attacks on various military and railway infrastructure facilities in more than 50 regions of Russia.
Resistance movements
This year, the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces also launched a campaign about resistance in the rear of the Russian invaders.
Its organization is a complex system, but at the same time, it is very efficient and effective. The resistance movement consists of:
- guerrilla forces
- underground insurgents;
- auxiliary forces that specialize in, but are not limited to, non-violent resistance.
The Russian military forces have failed to neutralize the organized guerrilla movement and are unlikely to do so in the future.
Recently, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian army's radiation, chemical and biological defense troops, was killed in an explosion in Moscow.
