Birds of Magyar destroy six units of armored vehicles equipped with electronic warfare
26 January, 2025 Destroyed Russian armored vehicles. Freeze frame from the video of the Birds of the Magyar 01/25/2025 Operators of the FPV drones of the 414th Birds of Magyar Unmanned Strike Aviation Brigade showed the destruction of a large number of enemy armored vehicles equipped with electronic warfare and "grills."
The commander of the 414th Unmanned Strike Aviation Brigade released the video of the incident. The destruction took place both directly during mechanized assaults and during the completion of already immobilized vehicles. In particular, the first assault convoy consisted of two units of armored vehicles, probably MTLBs, protected by various types of multi-channel electronic warfare equipment and advanced anti-drone "grills."
However, by using non-standard frequencies, FPV drone operators managed to destroy both armored vehicles. At the same time, the armored vehicles were equipped with two types of electronic warfare.

One of them is likely to be a "Groza "BRONYA" electronic warfare system that jams 8 different frequency bands at once, the other could not be identified.

In addition, they showed the destruction of several units of vehicles and armored vehicles not protected by electronic warfare, as well as damage to eight towed artillery systems. At the same time, the Birds of Magyar brigade units use an original tactic to destroy artillery.
Since towed guns are extremely difficult to completely destroy or severely damage with shrapnel, FPV drone operators target the tubes.

After being hit by a shaped charge, the tube cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced, which is problematic because they are not produced in sufficient quantities. Previously, the FPV-drone operators of the 414th Separate Brigade destroyed a rare Russian 120 mm self-propelled artillery and mortar system 2S23 Nona-SVK in the Donetsk region.
Analysts from the channel "War in Ukraine.
Equipment losses." determined that the artillery system had been destroyed near the village of Zhovte, Donetsk region, in the Pokrovsk sector.
According to the Oryx OSINT project, since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Russian troops have lost 8 Nona-SVKs, five of which were destroyed and three captured.
