In addition to Driving Ukraine, the pickups were also purchased as part of the Pickups for Peace charity event. They are purchased by British farmers for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Militarnyi reported that in November 2024, the British farmers had donated 26 off-road vehicles to the Ukrainian Defense Forces as part of the Pickups for Peace charity event.

A volunteer group led by British farmer Mark Laird delivered the vehicles to Lviv on their own.

The cars were received as part of a charity event free of charge from the farmers or purchased in used condition and repaired.
