FAB bomb on Sudzha launched from Medvenka-Oboian area – Virage data

The Ukrainian Air Force's press service provided this data using the Virage software package.
Yesterday, February 1, 2025, Russian troops attacked a boarding school in Sudzha, Kursk region, where local residents were hiding, resulting in 95 people being trapped in the rubble. In the course of the debris removal work, 84 civilians were rescued and provided with medical assistance, their health condition is satisfactory; four are in serious condition, and four more people died.

On January 31, 2025, Russian troops had already executed two air strikes in the area of the Sudzha boarding school.
Then, one of the missiles hit the sports complex and destroyed it completely. In the boarding school itself, the front door was damaged, as were other doors from the emergency exits, and the food storage was damaged. The Russians also struck the institution on the evening of January 11, 2025, and one woman died as a result of the attack.
According to updated data from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on February 1, at about 18:00, Russian aviation struck with a guided aerial bomb at a place of temporary residence of civilians (7 Lenina Street, Sudzha, Russia) - a three-story building of a former boarding school with 86 local civilians and a National Police of Ukraine station with four police officers. "The strike destroyed the central part of the building. As of 21.00, 4 dead, 4 seriously wounded, and about 80 civilians were found unharmed," the Ukrainian Air Forces wrote.
The seriously wounded were evacuated to stabilization centers for medical care and further evacuation to a hospital.
