The investigation was conducted by journalists from Texty.org.ua. In Ukraine, terrorist attacks, explosions near and inside the buildings of the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support and the burning of military vehicles are not uncommon. The correspondents of Texty.org.ua talked to "recruiters" from the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation pretending to be potential "saboteurs".

First, the journalists were asked to answer a questionnaire.

The Russians actively asked whether the "potential saboteurs" had drone skills, access to the drones themselves or their parts. "As if sensing our interest, the Russians said: let's work on simpler projects first," the journalists say. The simpler projects meant visual campaigning.

For example, it was proposed to make a stencil with a stencil advertising the Telegram channel of Russian recruiters and place it in prominent places. The journalists then discovered a whole network of similar Telegram channels, which had one main Telegram channel with about 5,000 users and a bunch of regional channels created for virtually every regional center with a number of users ranging from several hundred to almost a thousand each. At the same time, not a single word was said about the "Russian world" or anything like that.

On the contrary, in a private conversation, the recruiter began to convince that he was also from Ukraine, and that Russians had nothing to do with that resource. For terrorist attacks in the buildings of the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support, payment of up to 5 thousand dollars was offered. For burned cars, up to 3 thousand dollars.

"The scheme of communication and involvement is identical to the one we saw on Channel One: offers of sabotage, terror and, of course, prices," the journalists say. Young people are one of the main recipients of such terrorist resources.

"It is no coincidence that at the beginning of the conversation, the FSB supervisor asked about their age.

And he was only in favor when he was offered the help of 15-17-year-olds," the publication noted.

In November last year, Russian agents were detained in Zhytomyr who detonated an explosive device near the district police department.
