Emma Antoniuk, host of the YouTube project "No one will watch this", reported on this. "Previously, there was a rule that prisoners of war had to look at the ground while lining up. This is a common regulation of high-security facilities for the sake of discipline and obedience of POWs.

For the Russians, this rule was canceled by the Red Cross," says Antoniuk, describing the realities of the Russian occupiers in Ukrainian prison camps. She said that the same organization has begun to provide condoms to prisoners there "in case they want to fall in love with each other." The International Committee of the Red Cross also accepts complaints from prisoners and has had some success in defending the occupiers' whims.

"Among the complaints, for example, was the lack of Olivier salad in the camp menu and vitamins in the medical center. They were given vitamins," Antoniuk says.
