Russian missile attack on Dnipro: number of casualties rises to 28

Details: Nine people remain in hospital, with two in a serious condition.

The information obtained by Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration indicates that the Russians struck the city of Nikopol with Grad multiple-launch rocket systems around midnight. A business and an out-of-school educational institution have sustained damage. Ukraine's air defence shot down two Russian drones over the oblast during the night.
