Aftermath of Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast: 2 injured, car dealership and cars in parking lot on fire – photos

Two people have been injured and a car dealership, car park and nearly 30 cars damaged in Kyiv Oblast in a Russian drone attack. Two lorries and two cars caught fire in a car park and another 19 vehicles were damaged as a result of the strike.

The State Emergency Service noted that 62 firefighters and 14 fire appliances were involved in extinguishing the fire.

Update: Later, Mykola Kalashnyk, Head of Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, stated that a 37-year-old man had been taken to hospital. He had sustained multiple shrapnel wounds to his arms, legs and head. 

Another man, 61, sustained bruises and scratches and was provided with medical treatment on the spot.  "As a result of the enemy attack, a car service station, a petrol station and two company office buildings were damaged... Six cars and two lorries were destroyed.

Twelve cars, a bus and eight lorries were damaged," Kalashnyk said.  Background: Earlier, Mykola Kalashnyk, Head of Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that two fires had broken out in Brovary district due to a Russian drone attack. Ten cars were damaged and one man was injured.
