The Kremlin has reported some progress and developments in resolving the war in Ukraine, but noted "many complex issues". Source: Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by European Pravda with reference to Interfax Details: Peskov was asked to comment on the US statements that it may withdraw from the settlement process if, in their opinion, there is no progress in this area.

This progress is related to the temporary moratorium that Russia has been observing - a moratorium on non-attacks on energy infrastructure. The Russian Federation adhered to this moratorium, which is not the case with the Ukrainians." "There are already some developments, but, of course, there are still many difficult discussions ahead," he added.
Asked about the possibility of the US withdrawing from the settlement, the spokesman said that this question "should be asked in Washington".
